The Cost of Membership
Annual Membership runs from January to December each year.
A playing membership currently cost £130 per year.
For this you get;
- Free Coaching,
- Access to the Clubhouse and use of the green throughout the playing season – April to September each year – for practice (roll ups).
- Access to entry of internal club competitions – subject to competition fees; £2.00 per competition (max £10 per season).
- Clearance to take part in Country and National competitions – subject to competition fees.
- The opportunity to take part in Club matches – subject to match fees (Home matches £3 – Away matches at the discretion of the opposition but generally in the range of £3.00 - £5.00 per match. These fees cover the cost of refreshments.
- Tuesday afternoon, organised bowls, subject to £2.00 entry fee to cover the cost of half-time tea and cakes.
- Access to the competitively priced licenced bar.
- Free Parking.
- Social events and other non-bowls activity such as whist.
- A substantial discount for hiring the Clubhouse for social / private functions.
For any member under the age of sixteen, or in full time education at the start of the bowling season, the annual subscription is just £10.

Social membership offers;
- Social events and other non-bowls activity such as whist.
- Tuesday afternoon, organised bowls off season (carpet bowls), subject to £2.00 entry fee to cover the cost half time tea and cakes.
- Access to the competitively priced licenced bar.
- Free Parking.
- A significant discount (although less than playing members) for hiring the Clubhouse for social / private functions.
